it's been two years now, and my divorce left me broke living in an isolated area far from my work, family, friends, and town.
i live through these days and every minute is pure suffering, tears, and crises. i tried to take my life before christmas, a very serious attempt, but it didn't work
i try to find a new partner on online dating, but it's always the same outcome: "you are too far away", even though my work is in town
i am so desperate, i am willing to meet almost anyone, though i am in a constant battle to try to find the "right" person for me.
as the days go by, i keep having to face the fact that i might have to live alone for the next 30 years, facing health issues and disease all alone.
and the thought of how risky it is to merge lives with a new partner, and the failure rates of those relationships, it's all very scary. i have tried putting effort into a few, only to see them fall apart from the many differences people have at this age.
and i have tried going back to my ex, begging her to take me back.
i am afraid of falling into the death spiral again, but all i can do is keep trying. go to the gym. spend time at work. and online dating to just find someone who could give me a hug every day.
divorce is death.
imagine, needing to sell this property, but not being able to move unless i have someone to move in with and share.
while my ex lives in a 3000sqft house her parents bought her, she will inherit over a million within 5 years, and she still takes half of my money because i cant afford court.
i need the sun to shine.
I won't go over the details, because as it says in the Bible "the former things have passed away"
I really do have a new song now. Not giddy happy all the time, but much more stable.
Things felt pretty awful.
I had my little dog, and even when I was convinced death was the only way for me to have peace, I had to take care of him.
It will get better. Tough it out. Get yourself a nice rescue dog.

My life is not how i envisioned it either after 30 years.
I lived on the water in a beautiful home and in a fun
coastal Community.
I now live in an apartment in town. Life goes on, you
got to move thru this. Your Resentments are eating
you alive. My ex had more resentments than i could
count, now he hates my guts because He had to settle
