The last few times my kids came home from their dad's, their bag has smelled like cigarette smoke. We had both mentioned and agreed that we didn't like smoking, nothing written, just talked about it. I had emailed him and asked him if he was smoking or his family (they stay with his mom probably more than with him). He replied no one smokes at his mom's, does not mention himself... I asked again about him politely, casually. He does not mention it. I ask a third time and he gets mad that he would never and how dare I, and of course along with cussing...

Even if they are not present, the smoke lingers in a house. He must have had some friends over who smoke, or something is going on again as usual. His bark usually gives it away, he is trying to scare me away from diggin anymore. I don't care what he does, but I care about my kids. the little one has allergies.
