My husband decided to leave me this March. Trouble is we're still living in the same roof, I and my son are in the basement, him in our matrimonial bedroom. He loved me so much and spent everything in me and my son's welfare. He married me and brought me and my son to Canada 6 years ago where I was able to jumpstart my life. Studied their French language and took a course full time which meant he would shoulder everything. I found a job after 3 years of being newly landed immigrant, worked as an early childhood educator for 2 years but lost my job due to fertility treatments. I got depressed and took me a year to finally got a job, during those times I was just relying on unemployment. He tried making me happy here, took me to Cuba, New York, back to Manila where I came from, my family gets to visit me twice here. House, expensive jewelries and make-up, name it. The only thing is he's controlling and getting physically aggressive with me. He's anger may be towards the life he gave me and got nothing in return. Now he's living his life, I'm suspecting he's seeing someone already. I'm home now and what seemed to be a haven for him before is now a hot zone he doesn't want to stay in. In short he's out all the time. After all his investments in us, I can't believe he would just leave us like that. It hurts so much...

I had gone to the grocery store. When I wheeled my cartback to my car I just stool there a minute. A few spacesaway a Tesla Cyber truck was parked. I had seen it on theroad a few times for a few seconds. But not close up.It looked like it belonged to 2126 and not 2026. I wasgoing to take a picture of the car but the owners cameback and drove away. It was an ordinary middle age...

You both feel differently. For you he is probably all your life..sweet memories, great dreams, love, friendship...a past you' ve shared, and most important is your son.
If he is out all the time, it seems he does not enjoy this union anymore. It's past chapter in his life and he wants out.
This is not your fault...just trust me, you did nothing wrong. You are who you are and probably was loving and dedicating wife. There is no faults on your side. Do not blame yourself.
Please try to start thinking how are you going to survive without him. This is your new reality. Do not give up on any financial interests you might be eligible..You will need his money! He has an obligations. He has no right to kick you out as a pet just because he does not want to stay with you anymore. Do not let him to break you.
Be polite, be patient..do you part in showing that you are a great person. But, stay strong as well. He does not talk to you, do not talk to him as well. Stop doing anything for him.
Please read other posts, there are lots of good advises on recoveries. People survive, you will survive too.
