I am at work so could not talk. He mentioned a twined bed. I don't want to give him anything. I don't want him to come over or call back. I am trying to hate him. My senses are going crazy! I want to see him I want him to want me etc etc blah blah!

Hang in there. If you don't want to talk to him. Then don't. Take the control. It is probably hard, but do what you think you have to to continue healing.

Why did he call me a work? He knows I would be busy and caught of guard.

He probably called at work because there was probably a good chance you would ignore his call on your cell phone. I agree don't call him back if you feel emotional about it. Unless its some emergency take your time and do what is best for YOU

I agree with pinkrose. Even if he knew you wouldn't be able to talk at work he wanted you to be thinking about him and his wants. Let it go. Take your time. You can do no contact. That is a good thing. I unfortunately have to talk to my husband every day. We have 2 kids and a business venture together. It's hard either way but I think I would be so further along if I could just delete my husband from my digital and emotional life.

That must me difficult. Having kids and a business you have to see and talk to him. I give you a lot of credit because I imagine it must take a lot more strength to get over someone in that situation.
