We got married only in July. My wife is the one with most of the assets and she has been threatening to cut off my medical coverages just to get me to sign the divorce papers quickly...I honestly dont want anything from her but this coverage from her but I have been thinking if I had any kind of leverage of threatening to go after her assets so maybe she would back off and give me the only thing I really want from her...Am I even legally entitled to go after some of her assets just to prevent her from canceling my insurance with it being such a short marriage???,,,thanks for any imput
