so mad need to vent

my idiot ex only sees his son when he takes him to the bus station on the mornings he goes to school. Never sees his daughter and does not see his son for any other reason. Now he tells him his girlfriend got into an accident so she has his car and he cant take him to the station,. I have to now get up at 6 in the morning to take him which I will do since I would not let my kid walk. so lets get this straight I can be inconvenienced but his girlfriend can't and he does not care if his son is . I am soooo pissed I can't think straight. I am so mad that he does not care about anyone else. My kids get why I am mad and tried so hard to make me feel better, but nothing right now will. I just can't stand that he does not think beyond his own needs and what is best for him. I really am so mad. I can't get over it right at this moment I just am thinking all the thoughts of how I want him to suffer. I even thought about doing something to his car, but then remembered oh that's right he doesn't have his car.

I bet he's always been this way right? But now it's more noticable and aggravating because you're not together "working it out." I'm sorry there are a lot of men like yours out there. Don't know if it's just their nature or poor upbringing but it's annoying as hell to be on the other end of someone like that. Hugs!

Yes he has always been this way without a care to anyone but himself. I guess it just pisses me off because he just assumes that he can go about doing what he wants and once again expect everyone will just do it, and not question it. Also because he is putting his girlfriend once again before his son. My kids are great though both saw how mad I was and they both said, but you are better then him you are not selfish you think of us. I guess how can I go wrong when I have kids like that. But I'm still pissed

I'm so sorry that you have to deal with this, and that your kids have to see--and be affected by--what a selfish pr*ck their father is.

His loss Rose - try not to let it piss you off. Believe me, it's not worth it. Nothing will ever change them when they are self absorbed

NEKAJ I went against my better judgement and did text him this morning and asked how long his girlfriend would be driving his car. He said he was working on the problem and it might just be a week. Of cause being so mad I had to say well you son should come first. His reply was he does come first. Which is when I texted if your son comes first then you can pick him up in the morning and drive your girlfriend where ever she needs to go instead of giving her your car. he never answered me back and I didn't expect him to since he didn'nt like what I said. He will not be rushing to take care of the problem because it does not inconvenient him.
And you are right MsViv but its so hard not to be mad. He never goes out of his way for his kids and just blows them off way to often.
