I am a republican...Yep..I know..>Boo..Hiss! Well, I have conserative views. That being said I am getting tired of all this election crap and the bi partizan retoric that is being spouted everywhere.
Everyone wants to blame Bush for everything. Last time I checked the country has a legislative branch that is supposed to keep the Executive branch in check. How then is it all Bush's fault when it is a democratically controlled congress that makes the laws?
Both parties are so quick to point the finger at one another that we are missing the big picture here. It is neither the Republicans' fault and the Deomcrats' fault by themselves that this economy is going to hell in an handbag. The truth is that all the politicians are responsible for this mess.

They were all in office when this crap started happening and they didn't stand up right away and say "Uh Guys, we better do something now or we will have hell to pay." Both canadates aren't that hot and both parties could have done a better job of finding a better person to put up for office.

Actually, Obama said this (well, a little more intelligently) 2 years ago while McCain was pushing for more deregulation for banks.
And to address your morality comment, McCain cheated on his 1st wife when he came home and she wasn't the beauty he married because she had suffered trauma in a car accident 9Even though she stood by him all the years he was gone) and married his current rich, tophy wife one month after his divorce was final. GREAT morals there.
I'm in Illinois. Obama territory. Another one of his good friends had the FBI raid his place yesterday or today.
I really hope McCain/Palin wins but if Obama/Biden wins I hope we get a republican congress. If I can figure out a way to do it, I'll put up a 2004 video of republicans wanting to have Freddie and Fanny put under harsher regulations and the democrats were saying don't fix what isn't broken.
