I am a republican...Yep..I know..>Boo..Hiss! Well, I have conserative views. That being said I am getting tired of all this election crap and the bi partizan retoric that is being spouted everywhere.
Everyone wants to blame Bush for everything. Last time I checked the country has a legislative branch that is supposed to keep the Executive branch in check. How then is it all Bush's fault when it is a democratically controlled congress that makes the laws?
Both parties are so quick to point the finger at one another that we are missing the big picture here. It is neither the Republicans' fault and the Deomcrats' fault by themselves that this economy is going to hell in an handbag. The truth is that all the politicians are responsible for this mess.
I am so tired of Obama this and McCain that. They were all in office when this crap started happening and they didn't stand up right away and say "Uh Guys, we better do something now or we will have hell to pay." Both canadates aren't that hot and both parties could have done a better job of finding a better person to put up for office.

And the Democrats are only the majority by a thin majority, so everytime they try to pass something, the Republicans try to stop it.
It was the Republicans that saw fit to push the deregulation that led to this mess. You can thank Phil Gramm, McCain's finacial advisor for his campaign, for leading that.
I don't get this idea of "Just give us more time, we'll make it better". That's what got us in trouble in Iraq (let's not even get into being there in the first place), if we just waited 6 more months, then another 6 months, then...
Bush needs to go. The Republicans need to be swept out of office.
Do the Democrats have all the answers? No. But I don't trust Republicans in their zealoutry to slap every other country in the world with America's c**k to know how to lead us out of this.
I think that it is a great idea to let a bunch of bleeding heart liberals into congress and the presidency. We can watch family values and what little morals are left fly right out the window and turn American into Sodom and Gomora (not sure of the spelling there).
i'll vote for mccain..
but if obama wins i'll support him and pray he'll do what he thinks is right to lead us
