I am not kicking her out and flying off the handle, because that might make her change her mind and go after me financially.
Yes, it's tough, but I am also looking at the possible consequences if I rock the boat too much.
She seems very adept at manipulation. If you were a neutral observer and had assess who is getting what needs met right now, what would your findings be? It seems she has expertly put herself in complete control, with you afraid to rock the boat by enforcing any boundaries or looking after your needs. This is just my outside observation. It is also how my own situation played out.
So, what makes you think she will keep her word about any of the divorce terms?
Hmm. Free daycare while she is out with her "friend." Free housing. A "default" guy at her beck and call to do anything she asks...
Another thought...What if she has another guy and is ultimately planning to move in with him, so she "doesn't want to take any stuff?" What if that falls through for her?
If you think you can continue to tolerate this, then as @Juneday says - get it in writing now, and notarized. Even so, it may not be worth the prolonged agony she is putting you through.
I'm going out of town all week for business, leaving at noon. So, either she's waiting for me to leave before coming back home or she's REALLY REALLY sick. Either way, it is what it is and I can't control her. I just want some respect and her be totally honest whether she's seeing someone or not. She already made it clear she wants to separate, so if she is seeing someone, why lie about it?

Even a monkey has a firm grip on the next vine BEFORE letting go of the old one...I think thats the case here. When I first heard that after learning what my ex wife was up to it was an AH HA moment for me.
Just mind boggling.....
She is an extreme liar.....although you want to believe...You know the truth
