I know that most of your staying pull is about your daughters. The question is: When is the noble sacrifice become detrimental to your children? Remember, children notice, watch, listen and learn. Ask yourself what are they learning? That 'daddy' works so much...mommy is unhappy with daddy and that they don't sleep in the same room aside from the fights that I'm sure they have witnessed.

It's not about love anymore nor blame IMO....it's about creating two separate and healthy environments for your daughters.

You can beat yourself up and take inventory of what you did wrong, what she could have done different and so on....but, the reality is what you two have made. You two are not there for each other anymore.

You both deserve happier lives apart.

Long term unhappiness is toxic. I've watched both my ex and myself, do much better in the last two years.
