It's about our son who is failing miserably, is disruptive in class and got his report card on Friday which I still haven't seen. Ah, 14 year old boys. I know what the email is about, but I want so badly to delete it. I still haven't opened it.

I know this is going to sound silly, but could he use this in court against me? Like he is the concerned parent (I guess it's never too late...) and I was being uncooperative? Still haven't opened it... He's forever threatening to take me back to court.
