Bahhh what a terrible morning. Terrible way to start my week.
First I dream about my stbx all night. Kissing, hugging, laughing, her telling me she still loves me...etc.. Seemed like the dream just kept replaying over and over. I even woke up, took the kids to school, went back to bed for another 1.5 hours, and had the same dream AGAIN!!
My God talk about mental torture.
Then I went to start sending out more resumes today, and I fricking realized that in my drug, depression induced mental haze, I forgot to put my new phone # on over half the resumes I sent out!!! My old line isnt even working anymore! Fuck!
So after feeling really good yesterday, I am back down in the hopper today. I have a serious urge to drink. I have to fight it back somehow because its just going to make me feel worse.
Oh and to top it all off, I called my Mom yesterday to ask her if I could borrow $100 for groceries and gas, she says she doesnt have any money. (shes a Doctor!). Then she tells me if I come to town she will take me shopping with her credit card and fill up my car. So I told her I would call her back on that. Tried calling her last night and today and she wont answer her phone.
I dont think she wants to deal with me and this whole thing. I mean she went over a week without calling me, and if I hadnt called her it would have been longer im sure. My brother doesnt even call me. These are people who know im hurting, bad, but they dont call to see how I am. Now im glad I didnt move back to town, even more so. Its obvious my life is just a big reminder of how bad things can be, and they dont want to look at it.

the dream is about a desire to have that. When you wake up, you know that is past and this is now.
Fix numbers on the resumes and send them out again. Call the places that you sent them out to already and give them an updated number, so that they can call you.
drinking will spiral you downward and you will wake up with the same problem tomorrow compounded by the drinking.
It is so hard to ask for help when you have always been self sufficient, but ask and accept it.. This was the hardest lesson for me. I am a giver , not a taker, so I had to learn to accept and not feel bad about it. I have come to realize that people that can reach out are strong.
Some people just do not know what to say.. This may be the case of your family.. use your online DS family when you feel the need to vent and have someone to lean on.. We are all experiencing the same things and may be able to say something that may help.. keep on keeping on, patton.. You are strong and you will get through this.. Thats 40 pounds since I found the guy in my wifes bathroom.
Problem is my body is so weak from lack of nourishment that I have the shakes, all the time. I went to a job interview and I had them the whole time. I was thinking that they were probably wondering if I was a alcoholic in need of a fix or something. I hoped they just put it off to nerves.
Its possible these shakes are from the medications they have me on. I have a Doctor appt. next week; i'll have to ask him about it.
Booze is not the answer. You'll just end up anxious with a headache.
Hopefully you can resend the resumes with the new number. HR departments are so overloaded that they probably won't notice that you have sent out duplicate resume's. Hopefully they use the latter.
Take it easy and hey, if your upset with your familly call them and let them know that you can really use their help right now.
