Ive seen my stbx and talked to her a lot over the last 3 or 4 days. To be honest it doesnt leave me depressed like it used to. In fact I tend to look at her with a bit of pity now.
Is this a stage? Im hoping it isnt, but im so scared that I will go back to feeling the way I did a month ago, when seeing or talking to her set me back days.
Is this something that comes and goes too like our emotions or is this something you overcome and stay over the hump with?

Pity is good Patton.. It means the anger is leaving and you are on your way to acceptance.. You still have a couple steps to go and you will still have those roller coaster days, but viewing her with pity and sorrow is a step in the right direction.. My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
