so while many really want a guy to open up and show emotion, there is a point where a guy is "expected" to just suck it up.

I handle things in life pretty well, but, I have to release it to stay healthy too.... and by a tear or two once in awhile, I do just that.

I know from what I speak. I did it my entire marriage. It got me nowhere.
