For the past two weeks I can\'t get out of this depression funk. I was doing pretty good, and now I am back to the bottom again. I find I have no incentive to do anything and all I do is cry. Even though I know I made the right decision I can\'t help but keep thinking why did he have to still talk to all the other women, why couldn\'t he just want to change enough to be with me. He always said he loved me and that it had nothing to do with me, but it does because he wouldn\'t or couldn\'t stop even when he knew how much it hurt me. He knew that his behavior was something that would end us eventually, but yet he continued. And when I told him I had enough when I caught him on his chat rooms sites talking to what he calls his friends he actually besides getting mad was surprised that I meant it. I know he loves me so why did he have to hurt me so bad that I had to make this decision. I just want to go back to the other emotions on the roller coaster the anger one is even better then this one.

I too hit bottom this weekend and didn't even get out of bed. He left 6 weeks ago and I have been riding the coaster and just suddenly crashed. I think when they say they love us I really do think they mean it. It just isn't enough to keep them from what they are doing. I had to force myself up this morning and just focus on getting through each hour. Hang in there!!

This is a feeling so familiar to me. I do believe there is love but maybe a different kind. My soon to be ex husband says he HAS love for me. I'm sorry you feel this way and I know anger sometimes "feels" better.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
