I have experienced exactly the same emotions
and sometimes still do
Be very proud you are going to work
Keep doing those normal daily things
It will be crazy for a while...but will get better
I promise
i know it hurts a lot, when someone we care deeply about, and love very much, suddenly doesn't want to be close with us anymore. i have a sinking feeling, after thinking about my ex-girlfriend, she may have strung me a lot for a few months too, and i didn't realize it. i thought things were ok. it's still unfair, and hurts us deeply, because we put our all into a relationship, and feel like it's stable, and we get blindsided. You're not alone. i know you're having lots of emotions. i am too, right now. try to focus the most you can, on your health, and well being :) You deserve to be healthy, and with time, will come peace. there's moments each day, that are for us to feel grief, emotions, talking it out, writing it out, and that's a good healthy thing to do.
i think each day that goes by, we should feel more and more proud, for realizing, and embracing a healing journey. i'm trying to do that right now.
I haven't been angry at him until just lately I find myself getting frustrated & wanting to be sarcastic. I try to remember that I want to be a better person & not a bitter one. I'm the only one I can control, but admit that I have had more than just a couple of them I'm not very proud of. It truly is a day by day process.
