If there's still a standing restraining order, if it's unfounded, and your ex doesn't agree with it, I'm sure it can be contested.
I don't want to get anyone in trouble, make her family dislike you even more or disown their daughter, but if I was in that situation, and there's was enough love for it to be worth sticking it out no matter what, I would still see her secretly. Very secretly. Until everything blows over.
I don't know what her parents want in a boyfriend for her daughter, but work on yourself. You're still young. Grow, not so much for them, but for yourself. Show them that you're worthy of being their son-in-law. They'll see you've matured, and if that's not good enough, then no one will be good enough for them. And realize it's nothing wrong with you, it's just their overbearing nature. You're a good soul.
You guys are still young. Finish your goals, let her finish college. Cross that bridge when it comes, but don't worry about that for now. If you choose the secret relationship, just enjoy it. Maybe her parents will soften over time, with age. Good luck, and hang in there man.
I didn't do anything wrong except I didn't show up on my court date because I had a track meet on that day and I picked my priority which was the meet. I work to hard to miss something like that.
