This website is often very slow because it is sort of old fashioned. But welcome to you. I am now in a good marriage but was separated and divorced in the past. I wanted the divorce and forced my terrible alcoholic ex out of the house but what I did to cope was read good fiction books, schedule my time so I was mostly busy after work. I had to clean out and box all my ex's junk and deal with his continued abuse so I was very stressed. He even got his mother to call me at work to complain to me that I needed to return the jewelry she gave me long ago. I should have not answered texts and phone calls from the people the ex manipulated to be mean to me. That would have helped me cope better! I also went for a long walk each night after dinner before it got dark. I prayed a lot for strength and wisdom. I wish you the best and let us know how you are doing, okay?
