usually, when i am interested in a guy, i let him know. i havent ever been one to jump into a relationship without building a foundation first- so by the time i am to that point, i already feel comfortable around this person and feel a connection.
im getting older too- so if there is a connection there and i feel comfortable with him i will be direct more often than not.
this has been met with positive response too. since a foundation has been built, and a guy is spending a lot of time with you, it stands to reason there are feelings there.
its funny- i was talking about this in class today with some friends- and i completely agree that if a man wants to be with you, he is going to find time to be with you. if he loses your number, he is going to find a way to reach you or get your number again. if he is interested, time just opens up. and i never noticed this before, because i was in it and was wanting to spend just as much time with the person- but its true.

Let me recall, initial interest for me is smiling and going out of their way to talk to you. Perhaps a slight touch on the arm or back. She may be dressing better and fidgeting with her hair too. I am out of practice on picking up clues but I hope this helps some.
I feel like a total rookie on a dating scene. Hmmm, should I be more direct than? Or that's what scares the guys off? I don't have a clue! To this point everything just seemed to happen on it's own and now one finds out there's almost a "dating science" behind it.
I'd welcome all the input on the subject as well, as I need to learn a lot- obviously...
Off to the pictures tonight with my girlfriend again, yh:).
@faithfull777 you mean you can't read their minds? lol
1) she SAYS so
2) she's on top of me.
and yes, If I am interested in a woman, I will make the time to see her, and make to effort to be close to her and to do enjoyable things.
I guess I'm old school and we're all a little different. I much prefer a little flirting at first. You're right, being blunt may scare me off. Playing games and not really being yourself would scare me off for sure.
Interesting discussion to me since at some point I need to get back out there.
