I am still at the early stages of this board, if you know what I mean. I am a bit concerned about the consequences of posting my picture here on this board. I'm afraid the ladies will think I am sexy and keep hugging and emailing me...just kidding. I'm now trying to use humor to pass the time. Hope all of you are doing wonderful. You really are a bunch of nice people. It's still good to be here...

I was reluctant at first, put up the funny avatars for awhile and then to many were asking what I looked like, I kind of felt I was hiding from something, and I kind of was..Me. I posted the picture a few weeks ago and have felt very good about it since.... nice to put a face with a name, BTW, I am kind of liking the 80/20 split, it is giving me a fighting chance for once.

It means, in this forum anyways (i.e inside joke) that because your a male and supposedly (no pic yet) attractive that I have an obsessive need for you to want me. Which according to some, is the only reason we women are on here. Because I can't live without you. So on and forth. If you post your pic and give me attention, then YAY! your part of the inside joke. LOL.

It took me over a year to put a picture of myself up, I was the Native American with my back pack walking, for so long. Even now, when I hit a snag, she will come back to help me walk forward. It is nice to see what people look like, but it does come with baggage, at times.

Shrug ... I think guys tend to be a little more free with their pics ... maybe because women tend to get stalked or harassed more often than guys (ESPECIALLY after they post pics) ... I posted pics the day I set up my account.. No one ever stalked or flirted with me ... I feel so invalidated ... sniffle. lol, NOT!

I have a woman that I really care about here and I'm not man enough for two .... (shrug, blush)
