I've been having an emotionally upsetting week

I've been trying to ride it out

Wouldn't you know man I just broke up, who is sick control freak with no self esteem, just sent me a scathing email about how wronged he was, what an innocent victim he is, how I'm a bitch, his ex's are bitches, his new girlfriend is so much better, he's glad he's no longer with me, I'm obviously self centered, blah, blah blah

I want to call him and scream and vent all over the place.

I can't take anymore I really can't. I feel like I'm getting an ulcer from taking all this shit from people.

Stop me. I know it will make me look bad, but boy will it feel good.

Vent;. FUCK YOU YOU SORRY LITTLE MAN WHO GOES THROUGH PHONES, LIVES OFF PAIN PILLS AND DENIAL AND NEEDS CONTANT FUCKING ATTENTION YOU LIFE SUCKING ASSHOLE. AND YES YOUR PENIS IS SMALL SO STOP FUCKING ASKING. YOU KNOW IT, I KNOW IT. EVERYONE KNOWS IT. WHO FUCKING CARES.

Hi ClearDay-you know I can relate with my now ex (as of last Wednesday-it is finalized). I got all the e-mails after finding his post on the dating site. I did not text him or acknowledge his birthday last week. Since then several texts on the day the divorce was final(which thank goodness I didn't get since I was on a cruise in the Bahamas). They went from a lot of congrats emojis( free, clapping hands, confetti) to "hey since we are divorced now maybe we can go on a date" oh and one the day before about the dating world was terrible don't I agree...also an e-mail that sounded like he was actually leaving the world soon, like maybe sick? suicidal? that was hard not to respond to because of being human.....A birthday letter from him, as mine is this week, sent with the first alimony(really repayment of debt) check which states all the crap I've done to him. Anyway my point is this control and not knowing what you are doing eats them up and they will try anything to get a response and open communication again. And it is completely about them. They act like we are not grieving and dealing with aftermath, only them! I am sticking to no contact and please do also!!! It is super difficult sometimes as I feel like he attacks my character on a regular basis. I agree about the T-shirt! But I know I am a good person and I try to remind myself that he is sick to do all this to get a rise out of me. They feel better if they can get a response and break you down, don't give him that satisfaction.

Assholes like this do it for attention. They have some deep seeded need to be acknowledged somehow and when they dont get that attention, like a child, they have a temper tantrum. Screw him and his temper tantrum. Dont let this idiot control you anymore and block him everywhere. If he somehow gets thru ignore him and just dont entertain the thought of engaging him whatsoever. He isnt worth your time or energy.
