Im a survivor. I've risen from the fiery flames, hot coals and ash. And I can fly.
Its taken me many years to heal from divorcing my abuser. What I once thought were horrifically painful "burns" have healed. I broke free and Im flying. No one and nothing can get me down and I now know I have the strength to survive anything.
Beautiful lessons learned, although painful. Beautiful son, a new path before me.
Feeling LOTS of gratitude today for those flames. For the underworld that I survived, and yes, even to the devil himself.
They made me who I am today.

We all make both good and bad choices. The thing is sometimes the bad choices seem like good ones at the time. We can either let them eat us up or overcome them, rise from the ashes to new heights!
