Well, since today is the 4th of July and the kids are at a picnic with their mother, it's just me, myself and I...
So, I am going to get some food, take some of my daughter's old Barbie and Ken dolls, then stick firecrackes in their pants and watch them explode.
This day is gonna kick ass!

That actually sounds like fun..

Everyone I know is having a huge BBQ and 4th of July party..

Today I will clean my house, take some steaks and chicken out of the freezer and later I will BBQ for my son and myself. Once it gets dark we will drive down some of the many back roads and get as close to the Fairgrounds as we can to watch the fireworks..Or we might just sit in the back of my truck and watch them from my yard

I am going to do that with my toy soldiers. Tomorrow I am going tubing on the Delaware River than have a cook out at Washington's Crossing with my daughter.

I used to blow stuff up with firecrackers when I was a kid. I never targeted Barbie/Ken genitalia. They were not anatomically correct then. If they had been, I think I would have played with them with the girls. I think we would have played differently than they did back then however.

That does it, I am not going outside again until it cools off out there..

I went out to rearrange my front deck and to hang a shade sail..

It is only 105 but there is 16% humidity, and I am drenched in sweat. I like it better when the humidity is in the single digits.

Plus I burned my hands on every surface out there..

On a good note it is 50 degrees inside my house..ahhhhhhhh

I have been down with my back but I will go to a friend's house and celebrate and play with fireworks and be with new friends and my two sons! YAY!
