I met a guy that owned several Taco Bell franchises. He said the meat isn't really meat but some vegetable protein kind of concoction.

Awesome. So vegetarians can eat a beef taco too.

BTW, this thread forced me to go get some T-Bell for supper. Back at work now :-(
