"Stronzo " means piece of shit or, more commonly, used to indicate that someone is an asshole.
(Both of the above in the singular masc. form).
I gotta million of them in Italian (including regional). I actually incorporated Ital. swear words/hand gestures into a course plan for exchange students. (They loved it and seemed to have enjoyed studying)!
