I so very rarely pay attention to other people in public. I can't say that I usually notice. Side effect of a busy city I suppose.

A little PDA is fun and flirty. I'm not talking getting busy on a street corner, but I don't see anything wrong with making out for a few minutes in public. *wonders what this hand holding and ass grabbing people speak of is?*

I don't see anything wrong with kissing or holding hands in public. I don't enjoy seeing groping, though, and i don't think little kids need to see that. Seeing people in love (or lust, whatever) always made me smile, except in the first 6 months post separation, when i wanted to cry. I think it's nice to know people are still living, being affectionate, loving.. my ex HATED pda, unless he was grabbing my ass at church. He thought that was funny. *flips off ex*

Some cultures are a lot more physical than we are....I think it's strange in America we are so outraged at PDA, but TV is nothing but sex, clothing is sexual, magazine articles are sexual....but god forbid someone kisses someone else in public. That is weird to me.

When we first met, my ex moved across the room when I went to rub his shoulders or hold his hand. He eventually got over that but it still left lasting hurts....


For now most PDAs I see are my daughter lovingly smacking her brother in the privates. (Please grant me the strength to deal with that girl as she grows up....please, please grant me the strength..... And heaven help any boy she ever meets....)

I like PDA it makes me feel good that the man I am with is into me enough to actually show other people he cares about me.

I am not a public display of affection person, hence probably why I am getting divorced. I don't mind the cute little romantic touches but the slobbering messes I see people perform...ick.
