Patti - damn it, now I'm going to have to make some stew - let's see, wine, salt, pepper, garlic, basil, oregano, flour, stew meat, green beans, onions, carrots, oil, tomato sauce - yep, I'm good!

I think of stew as a winter/cold food

It has been unseasonably chilly here in Orange County - I could legitimately make stew

Just doesn't sound as good or decadent as pizza
