I'm not saying I do this, but I have heard that dancing naked in front of the mirror every morning, helps to put you in a better mood. I feel great today! ...only because I had a good breakfast and NOT because I would ever naked mirror dance...

mancub does this every morning....he gets in front of the mirror that is full length and dances.....lol....it makes me laugh every morning and I'm blessed to have him in my life.

When I was younger I would dance around the house in my under ware. Had a better body them.
