My workout is as follows...
get home from work, walk to the living room, sit down and watch tv...
then, I get up, walk to the kitchen, eat something, then walk back to the living room to sit down and watch tv...good cardio workout if I must say so myself...

A good workout is hitting the weight room three to four days a week...hitting the cardio three to four times a week and hitting McDonald's on the one day off...eight Big Macs and fries...

I'll just sit on you until you die or push me off. That's a work out!
deleted_user
i do that minus the McD's...maybe that is my problem...
Rman
you sit on people too hikerchic? what's with these ds women?...
deleted_user
i have sat on people before...no complaints...
Rman
You've trapped them by sitting on them?
deleted_user
ok, we can call it "trapped" if you want..
Rman
You don't weigh much, right? The wind would blow you off...plus you are from Philly, so you're weak...
deleted_user
I weigh 120 and have strong arm muscles and could trap someone if I wanted to! Philly people don't like to be called weak by someone whose workout is a trip to the couch! watch it!!
