A pharmacy student brought Kimchi into the office one day and nuked it in the microwave for lunch. We had people walking in from the hall ALL day asking what the horrible smell was.

There is a special place in hell for people that use the work microwave to microwave leftover fish or anything loaded with curry.

I just saw on PBS how the traditional soy sauce is made.
I love soy sauce, but I had NO idea!
They did say that most soy is made in factories now and not in the original manner.

I've never had kimchi warm. Yuck. I always thought it was supposed to be cold. Yeah. It stinks.

Parmesan cheese stinks too but it's yummy. The good stuff. Not that stuff Kraft sweeps off the floor and puts in a cardboard can. I don't even know what that crap is.
