After I got of work today, I had to run a few errands and get a haircut. When I was done doing that crap, I headed down I-95, toward D.C. and to my evening job, for which I've worked for the past 16 years. I have never missed the exit to my work. Tonight I did...

I know when I have to much on my mind, and I am out somewhere I will just suddenly look down and see what I'm wearing. My fear is that I walked out of the house in my pajamas or even worse, in just my underwear.
So missing an exit - not a problem. I often forget in the middle of going places where I'm suppose to be going. On many occasions I've pulled into the driveway and just started cursing myself out because I was suppose to pick up my son, or be at an appointment. - I think I put the car on auto pilot to go home.
So don't feel bad about the exit thing at all.. maybe you just needed some food.
