Put your feet flat on the floor, without shoes if possible. Hands on your thighs. Close your eyes and breathe deeply into your diaphragm. I know it sounds fucked up but you absorb the positive energy from the earth.

Or buy a gps. Mine tells me how to get places. It also gives me something to argue with in the car.
