burgers....cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, or mayo.. avocado on burgers is great. I'm not into bacon on a burger, but I do love a BLT (off topic, ha!)
p.s. I hate you Rman for making me hungry with this OT thread.. :P
I hate you for making me vomit with the thought of putting Wiz on a hot dog...
p.s. stop spelling Wiz like urine..
Wiz on crabcake sandwiches. Wiz on hoagies. They put wiz in EVERYTHING!!
Hot dogs: a ton of ketchup and some relish. The bun must be soft and squishy or I won't bother eating it.
Hamburgers: if I have one, which is not often, then cheese, ketchup, lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles.
Hot dogs - (I rarely eat these but when I do...) mustard, ketchup, sweet relish, and chopped onions. Or chili cheese dogs (chili and shredded cheddar cheese).
There's also "Tijuana style hot dogs" which starts with a grilled bacon wrapped hot dog w/ any toppings you want plus jalapeno peppers. It's pretty good. Unhealthy but good.
Special tools: Grill, indoor or outdoor
Preparation time: About 5 minutes
Cooking time: About 10 minutes
Yield: 2 servings
2 hot dogs, any variety
2 hot dog buns, any variety
2 slices bacon, any variety
1/2 tomato, chopped and diced, preferably a hard Roma variety
1/4 onion, chopped and diced; most Tijuana street vendors prefer white onions
2 tablespoons fresh jalapeno peppers, chopped, optional
Mustard, ketchup (salsa catsup) and mayonaise to taste; I prefer Hellmann's Mayonesa con jugo de limon, purchased in Mexico

For hamburgers, I like Heinz dill pickle chips (lots of 'em) and American cheese.
Yummy!
Hot Dogs...got I hate them but on the rare occasion..they need to be boiled not grilled and only ketchup.
Hot dogs - plain or a little ketchup
Hamburgers - depending on my mood, cheddar, swiss, or provolone
bacon, lettuce, mayo, tomato (sliced thin and fresh),
toasted whole wheat roll would be awesome.
But I'm not picky.
