Some of us may be feeling down and out for the upcoming holidays...
I have always been a big proponent of "nurturing thyself" in the face of hurt and dissapointment...especially after a break up...
So why not treat yourself to something nice this year for the holiday?
Let's bring it back to our childhood days when we would write to Santa...(even though most of us knew who we were really writing to)
Bottomline is...make it reasonable, something you think you can treat yourself to for the holiday :) AND follow through!
Here is mines:
Dear Santa,
I have had a really rough year. I had a bad break up. The economy is bad, and so is my credit. I have a lousy job. In the face of it all, I have tried my best to stay positive. I always try my best to be the nicest person I can be.
So this year. I would like to put in an extra special request. I am sorry if it sounds a little selfish. I would like a 32 Inch Flat Screen Television. I have been without a television of my own for a while and thought it would be the perfect gift to watch my New York Jets games. Oh BTW can you put in a good word and a prayer to the "big guy upstairs" for my Jets to win the Superbowl this year.
Thank You Santa. You are still the best to me.

Dear Santa,
The year of 2010 started off really bad for me, break up, my dog was sick and I lost most of my friends do to the break up. I have been a realy good girl this year. Haven't gone out much or caused in problems like i used too :)
I would like a brand new Triple Black Roush Mustang. Would be pretty sweet if it were a convertible but I will not be picky. I would also like for you to turn back time and erase Mark Ingrams fumble in the Iron Bowl. I do believe Bama would have won if it were not for this mistake. And one last thing please make next year a good one for me. I can't handle another bad year.
