I do not like hamburger helper. No. Really. Makes me want to make homemade ravioli just *thinking* about hamburger helper. Hate spaghetti O's, too.. bleck. Against my upbringing.

Hiker, since you brought it up, I actually do like spaghetti-o's.

Not as haute cuisine or anything, but as straight up hangover/comfort food.

I'll even own up to the occasional ramen noodle excursion (again, usually happens because of a hangover).

Ewww, no DAB! Spaghetti O's are sick. Pasta should never be canned. ewwww. My kids ask for them and I tell them to stay true to their heritage. lol. Actually, i buy them for them sometimes and cringe as I microwave...then immediately make homemade meat sauce...

Ramen noodles......ok, if you are sick or hungover or broke. Remind me of college. lol.

Hamburger Helper has too much sodium. That increases your risk for hypertension and stroke.

Really, water is the only healthy choice.
