We are about ready to get more snow ontop of more snow. We have about 1 foot on the ground still and maybe another foot to come.

I managed to get a Jeep Wrangler stuck in the snow on Sunday and I had to dig it out. That ended up with me getting a hur back.

Today I got my Wrangler stuck in the snow again at the marina. This time no digging and I managed to get it out but I am so sick of winter. We have had two MAJOR storms and more snow in the past three months than we have had in the past 5 years combined.

Come on spring...get here because I am tired of being stuck on land!

I can't wait to start sailing south for the winter!!!! LOL

2 types of people are truly enjoying the snow:

1.) Those that bought snow blowers large enough to handle the volume of snow we've received. Now, they feel like their investment was justified.

2.) Kids looking to get out of school.

Well you can look forward to seeing the garbage after the snow melts. Or enjoy getting yourself out of the snow bank. Its a good work out. Oh no its winter time and we are getting more snow!. Put a winter garment on and go out to shovel. After your done yours do the right thing and do some old ladies up the street. Happy winter. lol

@Paul: Tomorrow is also trash day in our neighborhood. I doubt they will collect trash tomorrow.

I like snow in pretty pictures ... I had my share of it when I was younger. But if you want to ship some of that stuff out West, we'll take it. Our snow pack sucks. Which means forest fires in the summer. Which sucks. (Wait ... that's another thread.)

More snow, oh joy. I have neighbors on both sides of me who are very big men who own snow blowers attached to riding lawn mowers. Neither one of them comes even ONE INCH onto my property to clear my walk or drive. Do you think it would kill them? They know I live alone with my daughter and we are both skinny girls. I cannot believe what jerks they are for not even offering to help a single gal out. My daughter says "Mom, people just aren't nice like that anymore, get over it."

Not when you have the 1 foot of snow/ice mix. You start riding on top and then sink through getting stuck. Not good.

Yeah...it is winter. We have had more snow in 3 months than we have had in the last 5 years combined. It also sucks when you throw out your back digging out your vehicle when it gets stuck. Yes....a 4X4 Jeep Wrangler getting stuck. This weather is nuts.

I tell you what....go out and have a heart attack at 28, break your arm in half so you need 2 pins and 12 screws, pass a kidney stone, and then call me the P word.
