Well, the exhaustion finally go to me. Last night I was sitting on the couch, looking at DS and watching some television. The next thing I remember was waking up some time in the middle of the night. Oh yeah, I also was eating a bowl of chili when I fell asleep. I need a new sweatshirt and sweatpants...

p.s. - That marinade sounds like it kicks some ass. Do you marinade the chicken overnight?
It probably had a good 16 hours of soak time
I want that chicken now. I will serve a fresh spinach salad, and eat the chicken with some brown rice and steamed vegetables. Perhaps I'll use that chicken for a chili recipe. It will be called Road's marinaded chicken chili! We need to create a DS cookbook.
