I just made a pot of chili...
I used a couple cans of beans, diced tomatoes, ground beef, chopped onion and green pepper and spices...
It's gonna be good, but if I ever attempted to make a Thanksgiving dinner, I would mess it up, big time...

Rman, turkey is pretty easy to make. it's just big and you can't get other stuff in the oven, so you have to plan ahead more than usual to get everything to be ready on time

optimus, strawberry jam on toast is one of my FAVORITES

rman, kudos on the chili. honestly, making chili is more intimidating to me then making turkey dinner. all you do is put turkey in oven. haha

Chili was one of the only things i could make...back in the day. Now i don't cook...haven't even eaten yet tonight...hmmm, can you ship some of that really fast to me R?

I made portabello risotto, asparagus and giant shrimp sauteed in olive oil and garlic, with a salad of baby greens.
