Whiz is only for cheese steaks....I can't explain how it melts and tastes perfect....you have to get a hot off the grill cheese steak from Jim's wit whiz.. If you order provolone they will raise an eye brow at you and shake their head in disgust. I had a friend of mine do that once. i almost died of embarrassment...
