what I wanna know is, whats on the inside, I mean when you're in vetro, nourishment, oxygen enter your body through the umbilical cord...but after the cord falls off and you're left with your button, what happens to all that anatomical mechanism stuff on the inside? does it fall off too? do we have things floating around in there for awhile until it gets absorbed?
