Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.

I am in a group at a women's shelter, and that is GREAT.
The face to face group lets you know your not alone..gives you an opportunity to meet and make friends and gets you out of the house.
Therapist is more individualized stuff
Daily strength is there for all the inbetweens
I've got a list of support groups in the area RMan!
my support was family and friends and ds.

In the groups I have been in this has not been a downside. Coed is an upside as you get exposed to the full spectrum of emotions and experience, IMHO.
