I assume he started drinking as soon as I got on the plane. That was why we separated because of his drinking. Now I lay here wondering what I have done and mad at myself for being so weak. I opened up a can of worms and don't know what to do. I hope your L onliness dissipates and mine too.
I am feeling all of those things right now. After having two very good days during the week, I have had a very rough couple of days. I feel derailed by my break-up, I miss him more than I can say and obsess about what he might be thinking or feeling. I can't make my brain stop but I have to try to focus on the fact that I had two good days last week and not all days will be as bad as today. There's nothing wrong with crying when you need to. It is a therapeutic release. You'll get through this and you are not alone. xx
Even during our separation before o found out he actually was seeing someone else we would talk all the time ( i thought we could still work things out). But now that I know he was lying. It hurts to look at him or talk to him knowing thatwe are not going to be together again. All I can do today is cry and miss him. All I wanted was for him to come back to me.
