Breakups & Divorce Support Group
Just broke up with someone or in the midst of a difficult divorce? Breaking up is difficult no matter what the circumstances are. They say that time heals all wounds, but sometimes a listening ear or a hug can work wonders for the heart. Whether you need a place to vent, someone to hold you to No Contact, or need advice about what to do, we're here to help.
Ok, She sounds like shes a waitress at the strip bar. and he waited around for her to give her a ride. WHich means, your husband is straying. Either way, it doesnt help that youre ok with him going to the nudie bar. And if he was cheating, that number would have been listed under a different persons name (Unfortunately one of my old cheating tactics).
You being ok with this has caused it to go this way. Leave a crack addict at a crack house long enough, and he'll have a taste.
They ride a giraffe home. Duh :P
So all of this is so out of the blue? So NOT his personality? You have been married 20 years... this is why I ask...
Big hug, better days ahead than behind.
Yeah, right. Just like my stbx said, "We're only talking." Geez, they must think we're morons.
Good for you kicking him out. Keep digging for evidence. You may need it for court if it gets that far.
Hugs to you. I know this has to be devastating.
then he pulls this crap last night. I cant live like this. All weekend I asked him for us to go out. he said we were too broke, although I offered to pay. 4am this morning I get the "I didnt tell you about the party because I knew you didnt like stuff like that" I cant swear she works at the strip club but she was there last night, he drove her home, and he said he met her a couple weeks ago....
as far as rides home from the bar... that would concern me more than the cell phone... I would definitely question..(not confront) that one!..
Good Luck!
I for one think there is obviously something going on. If the bars close at 2am and he didn't get home until 4:30, I highly doubt they were sitting at Dennys discussing their lives.
You are doing the right thing in protecting yourself. You don't need a husband that is doing this to you emotionally.
Get to an attorney and protect yourself.
I am so sorry that the man you trusted may have betrayed you. That is not right. That is not forgivable. But, that is sadly a common (read base, despicable, disgusting) fact.
