Peace love.....
Like you, my first few months are really painful and the hardest. I don't eat, sleep, confused, and would rather stay in bed just to cry my heart out. I was scared for myself, so I reach out to anybody or anyone that can save me. I hope you do the same. We(here at DS), therapist, or even text hotlines can only guide you, but you have you help yourself too.
Cry if you feel like crying, scream if you have to, go to the boxing gym to punch bags or even punch your pillow, do something and let your pain come out in a healthy way..at least try. If you don't feel like eating, force yourself to eat even a little. You have to... hang in there. Most of us here are going through the same tough time, so know you're not alone.
You'll be okay. Hugs!
I'm so desperate right now. I have never known such pain.

As I pray for each of you, please keep me in your thoughts.

The tank is empty its empty, HUGS
I had to actually force myself to smile at strangers. I was aware that I was walking around with this dark cloud over my head, so I intentionally smiled at people in stores, passing in the halls at work, wherever. It was probably a pretty creepy smile in the beginning, but I was a work in progress. It did help me feel better. I also had an easier time being receptive to total strangers, people who knew nothing about me and my emotional turmoil. I could "play" being the old me, the one who was positive, energetic and happy to just be me. That's what I'm hoping the drive does for you. Take on the role of the old Charleee1, see if she can help lift you a bit.
I also have been involved in therapy and that has helped me so much. There are still things that I have to go through during this process but I have gone through things that I never thought I could and it has made me realize I am stronger than I believe. Rely on this community and know that all of us are here whenever you need us. Hang in there!
Thank you all.
