I just want out of this and every time i have tried to leave he makes sure i dont and i just want out of this. I dont want to be around him anymore. He makes me miserable.
You've been on DS for quite awhile and if this is the same guy you have been with then I would say it may just be time for you to walk out the door without warning him when he is not home, if possible.
If he doesn't know, he won't try and stop you.
You need a plan first and probably stash some cash if you can and just get your life back. I love this quote that one of the girls used on another group;
"There is a difference between giving up and knowing when you've had enough"
It really sounds like you have gone beyond the call of duty and he will not change.

I would say, there's always a way out. There's always a plan that can be made. He can't physically keep you where you are, so maybe you're afraid of the legal BS that might happen?
