My girl of 8 years left me a about a month ago. She said I didnt treat her right or show her affection. After she left, she told me that I needed to work on some things to prove and show her that I was worth taking back. And I was willing to do that. We also have a son together who is 7. So when my son told me they spent the night at mommy's "friends" house on the weekends and the "friend" was a guy, I put two and two together, did a little investigating, and found out she had been cheating on me before she left me. I should have seen the signs over the years. I have caught her several times over the 8 years on dating apps and texting guys. She claimed she would just do it for attention. I was I blind fool to believe that. Betrayal from the person you love is a hard thing to move past from. Im in a constant state os depression, anger, resentment, loneliness along with too many other emotions to list. I miss my son, and she is keeping me from him to punish me for finding out the truth. Even blocked my number and emails.

I'm horrified! I knew my insurance would go up due to getting a new car but I didn't expect it to go up over $2,000. I did have an accident with the snow/ice in the winter. I was just telling my brother that I have had my car since March 2, 2026 and have only spent $75 on an oil change. Now this! I called another insurance company and their quote was over $4,000. I guess I have to pay...

Even if you weren’t affectionate that doesn’t excuse her cheating. It’s called communication. And everything you are going thru is perfectly normal. You’re hurting and you need to give yourself time to heal. As far as her keeping your son from you.. I agree with Serenityspeaks..get family court involved. Just because you are in pain doesn’t make you unstable. Keep your head up...and be strong for your son.
Parole...ask god...ie your parole officer. I doubt that you're under parole because if you were...you'd know that.
If you're still awaiting trial, then you're under neither parole nor probation, legally you're still innocent, the family courts are only likely to look at it if your son was in the car with you at the time of the violation (which is typically a separate child endangerment charge). If you hurt/killed someone, you're likely going to jail for years...custody is the least of your issues.
If no one was hurt, depending on the state and violation...then you may just get a heavy fine and will be under probabation (not parole).
Parole is what you get when you get out of prison after 5 years of a ten year sentence. The remaining 5 years is under "parole". Parole is essentially prison...outside of prison. As a convicted prisoner, you have no (well very few) constitutional rights. No rights to travel, speak, gather, search and seizure etc, etc, etc. You're "free" to say no to your parole officer and go back to jail and finish your sentence whenever you wish. As I said, people under parale...know that. How good or bad your life is, all depends on what your parole officer (ie god) says. If he wants you sitting in his office for 8 hours/day...that's what you're doing. He/she will tell you if it's okay to be around minors or not.

If you've got the money, you should get a lawyer. And through all of this make sure that you're sending some amount of money to help support your child.
Best of luck
