This kills me... until I met STBXH, I was extremely financially independent., making close to 6 figures and living on my own. Because we were planning on having a family, and because X is a cop in the town we lived in, I quit my job and went back to school to become a teacher. Obviously, we are getting a divorce and I am faced with getting my MAT faster than I would like/was prepared for. Even though he won't see a dime of my retirement accounts (our marriage was too short, my attorney has assured me of this), he seems to not be responding to my request to take money from my account so I can pay my tuition (which is now two semesters in arrears....).
This is the email I want to send to him.. .is it in any way passive/aggressive???? Any changes you would suggest??? Here it is:

Sorry to bother you but just checking in to see if you were able to get in touch with your attorney re: the withdrawal from my 401(k)? Without connections (and no openings in *my hometown*), no one in the surrounding districts will hire me for a Special Ed. job without a Master's, so unfortunately I do need to finish out my program as soon as I can. Obviously, as you know, that was not part of my original plan. I'm left scrambling trying to pay for the rest of my Master's as well as keeping up my credit so I can find housing when I do get a job. This has been extremely difficult to do, clearly, without having a meaningful paycheck (as you know, I make $75/day as an aide.). The money I would be taking out wouldn't be under litigation since we're not splitting retirement assets. However, my attorney advised me that legally, I need to get a green light from you, as withdrawing money for my own education could still be construed as out of the realm of "living expenses" and therefore, in violation of the DRO, which was put in place since you filed.
My lawyer has made several attempts to contact yours since late January, with no response. If you could please respond to this particular request, it would be greatly appreciated.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
