I have a dilemma and need some advice. My soon to be ex husband is thinking he can stay living in the house that i bought until the house he bought with his new girlfriend is ready to move in to. I told him to go ahead and move out since he has a place to stay but refuses to leave since he has to take his kids from his previous marriage there also. He is driving a car that is in my name and when i ask for the keys, he refuses to hand them over until the divorce is finalized. We have 2 kids together and wants them to live with him and i would only be able to see them on my one day off, every other weekend, and maybe on other nights if it is ok with him. I really need help from others who have been through this.

If you're just starting the divorce process, just know that lots of false bravado comes out in people. He can claim whatever he wants, doesn't mean he'll get it. My ex said he'd get full custody, he'd never pay me a cent of alimony, blah, blah, wah, wah. In the end, he only asked for visitation every other weekend (doesn't even do that) and has alimony obligations until he retires. Big words from a big fat liar mean nothing.
If you're just starting the divorce process and he's saying he's going to get the kids and all that
