Don't you just love when the doer tries to turn it around and tell you that you are doing this to them? Uhm no you chose this now deal with it. I am sorry that your going through this but I suggest changing your number and start looking toward taking care of your future. What a despicable sick man. Your daughter? Even if you wanted to forgive him do you really think you can ever have trust. He crossed a boundary that no man in your life should cross. I would be pissed as hell and my anger would get me through this. Let him go he is not the victim it is you but you will become the survivor if you choose to. Got home from work to find you know who. Outside my door. He wanted to know if he could come in and shower here. I told him no he said can I stay over with you tonight. Again I said no. He stormed off saying you got someone else haven't you. No again. After he drove off I felt awful. I felt bad for sending him away. I tried not to show that I was upset. Also saw my daughter today and told her I wouldn't give him her number that he asked me for. She said good. She apologised for everything and said that he pestered her back then to meet him in supermarket car park. I will need know the truth

Girrrrrrrlllll, I have been through this. And man does it stress you out! Take the power back, turn them off, block him, unplug them, put in your earbudds and listen to music, put in your favorite movie, get out of the house. Do whatever you have to do to protect your sanity and emotional health!!!! Do I need to come do some kung fu on his stupid butt? ;) My ex used to text me when we separated, saying he was going to kill himself, that he didn't want the kids to visit anymore, sitting in my parking lot stalking me, leaving flowers and shit at my door, crying at my door begging me to take him back, having his family call me, you name it. I had horrible panic attacks bc he was such a selfish P****. He most likely will not kill himself, bc, he loves himself too much. Seriously. He may have low self esteem, but he loves himself and hes selfish. So no, I don't thik he will do that. Don't fall for it!

He keeps showing over and over that he has absolutely NO regard for your feelings at all.

He has been throwing up to me all he as done for me, things he has bought, I told him that when he married me he made vows. and broke those vows with whatever went on between him and my daughter. , and if he was the innocent party he would have come to me and not chose another person [ my daughter] over his wife. I said that I have no doubt he may in some way love me but he thought that he could get away with whatever took place between him and my daughter and was caught out.

Thankyou animalito my friend. I am doing my best. He just continues to pester me. I cried a lot today. I miss the man I thought I married. All he has done to me is not love. Its control and at times I am still under that control. He wants to see my daughter to probably try and get her to help him out of his lies. she hates him now and has moved from the flat she once rented off him. she does not want me to tell him where she is . I still have to protect her she is my daughter. Even though she has hurt me I could never hurt her.

And that right there is why YOU deserve better.

AND YES... I agree. Our children need us. And in helping HER even after she has hurt you you help yourself. You know deep inside who the better person in all of this is. You know deep inside that YOU are doing the right thing even against all odds.
That is what makes a person's self esteem rise again.
