my first real break up

i met her online and i was coming out of an unhealthy relationship. she was just there and so i took everything for granted and didnt give her all of me.we broke up the first month and got pregnant. wait did i mention that i was p[laying mind games to protect myself. something about her i loved and it wasnt the pussy,or maybe it was the stability she gave to me. so i decided to be her daughters second mom. it was love at first sight when i seen ari. i cheated five times and verbally abuse her in the relationship. now she wants out and i cant let go. i admit i am bi polar,insecure,childhood issues. but this dosent mean i dont love her. im just fucked up alot. now she dont want me to see our daughter bc i cannort except the break up. im mentally done,didnt show up for work. i cant have sex. im a bad person that just loved diff and didnt want to get hurt

You're not a bad person. But it does sound like you need to let her go so she can focus on her child and you can focus on getting. Your BiPolar and life need to be gotten under control, and as a 29 yr BiPolar Survivor, I can tell you that is going to take some hard-ass work. You've both got very big challenges in front of you for now. Things may be different in the future, but for now there are a lot of changes that need to happen.

You are not a safe, stable person to be in the life of a child and she's making the right call on that as a parent.

I have 2 sons, who are 19 and 28 and they are the best things I've ever done, but there were times that the best thing I ever did was remove myself from their life and put myself into a hospital.

..sometimes excepting the hard truths about ourselves is the first step in getting better...
